I am fully aware what car this is and what it is not. it was simply a project to show off an advertising campaign not a car. Hope you enjoy it. Granted the results are not great but if you can make a Uni project better with a massive hangover and no budget… go ahead. if you see on the map i have recorded the location too. Just for the purests.

Please do not generalise 206 owners with those who like have xbox’s. I have a PS3, and a 206Gti 138. I know its not the best built car in the world but its fairly refined, quite quick and handles really well, i also like how it looks, although i know that’s more subjective.
As for the PS3 i bought i because at the time a Blue-ray player and an X-box cost more than a PS3.
Both logical descisions, now put your toys back in your respective prams.

a friend of mine has the 170cv version… engine is good (pull well even a low rpm) but the clutch sucks!! it’s hard, jerks in traffic and vibrates hard..
but this probably it’s a foult on my friend car they should not be all like that…

I have the 137bhp version am happy with it but still gets me wen i see a 180 cos they look even better n r obviously quicker, i was wonderin if the wheels from a 180 wud go on a 137bhp model as they are both 4 stud need 2 know the measurement from wheel nut 2 wheel nut tho
the rc and gti 180 are the same car just different badge for different country the old 136 bhp gti was 8 sec 0-60
RC’s acceleration is 7,2, but GTi’s was like 8 seconds :O WTF
no i spent it doing a 12 hour shift as a licenced aircraft engineer. earning about £35 an hour… and if you run a local tv company, somone as high up as you should have alot more respect than that for other people. oh and you obviously still give a fuck wat i think as a gti owner because u replied again lmao!!

Yeah it was a local dealer that wanted to make a pitch ad and see if peugeot would take it on…they didnt… i guess thats what happens when you get a bunch of uni guys to put together an ad!!!
Just seen other replys and realised thats what they gave you to advertise. They changed almost everything between the gti and gti 180 and cant understand why they would use a standard gti to advertise their top of the range new model gti 180 ??? Thats like trying to sell someone a million pound mansion by showing them pictures of a flat…
lol thats a peugeot 206 gti the standard 137 bhp version, there are lots of differences between the gti and the gti 180 but the biggest one in the pic apart from the car colour is the fact that the earliest gti 180 plate is 03 and not x
I have a gti 180 and the only downside is repairs, becaus almost all the parts have to be bought through peugeot even if you go to a cheap mechanics meaning what should cost £100 costs £1000,s anyways cool video.

Yes the older 306 XSi or GTi were much better; very solidly built chassis but crap electronics quality.
