Peugeot 306 gti-6 faulty throttle potentiometer

If your tps sensor is knackered then this is what you might see when you hook it up to a multi meter, When idle it should hold at around 0.6 volts. it can also point to a faulty coil pack, i have no idea why a faulty coil pack would effect the reading on the potentiometer but it does.

to explain step by step we would need 3 or 4 A4 sheets, but basically remove all the stuff around the box including d/shafts all the bolts around the bell housing then wangle the box off, incidental not for the novice

Does anyone on here have any wiring experience? I want to put a xantia 1.8 16v engine in my 205. I’ve got a gti ecu and some wiring….if not does anyone know of a good website where I can find the wiring looms for my car and some advice to help me? thanks

try merseyspeed or peugeot ecosse, they do all mad conversions and should be able to help.
